My Mother's Day Flowers

Thanks boys, mom loves her orchids. I love looking at flowers, but I'm a flower killer. I just can't seem to keep them alive. As part of my mother's day gift, dad and the boys are going to take care of them for me ... yippy.

New Addition: Our Craft Monster

Meet Ina (name courtesy of Jaxon).

This is the first official together craft project for me and my son Jaxon.

Jaxon was the designer: drawing monster, choosing colors, gluing, naming

He is only 3 yrs. old, so I helped a little: sewing, adding arms and legs, taking photo, helped with the gluing

I'm so glad I picked up this Craft Issue. As soon as Jaxon saw the monsters, he wanted one. He was even more ecstatic when I told him he was going to create his own monster.

The Crafty Ones In My Life

It must run in the blood, because my boys have the crafting fever too. Dad and Jaxon put together a birdhouse while Ryder (a little to young for building) painted with watercolors.
