Go Green And Still Be Chic With Boho

I've fallen for my new eco friendly, going green magazine. Founder, Gina La Morte, describes Boho as "Fashion's first green magazine". My First Layers Magazine

I've got a new idea for a pattern I want to create. I'd like the background to have a paint (almost grunge) splatter effect. Whala...Veerle Pieters wrote a tutorial, 'Get The Grunge Out'. I couldn't find any online tutorials for this so I went out and purchased my first Layers Magazine. Which I'm enjoying a lot.
The tutorial is easy and well explained. I had a lot of fun creating the grunge brushes and can't wait to do more.

The pic on the bottom is my watercolor splats (1st try) I'm converting into photoshop brushes. The squiggly lines around the image was used to create a border. That way my scanner would scan as one image not 9.



Hurray, Hurray. The blogger spell check and image upload buttons are working again. They were out of commission for awhile.
