Fabric: Mid-light weight cotton
Changes made to pattern: The recommended fabric weight is home decor. I interfaced one of the fabrics with SF-101.(Note-to-self: when using this fabric use low-med heat only). I had the heat to high. When the fabric/interfacing cooled off, it shrunk causing permanent wrinkles!
This is going to be a great summer beach bag. When I make this next, I'll skip the interfacing. With the lighter weight fabric, I wasn't sure how durable the bag would be.
Would I sew this bag again? Definitely. I have a few people in mind that I know would love to receive this bag.
On a scale of 1-5, 1 being easy, 5 being very hard...definitely a 2, beginner friendly.

I love the fabrics you used. The bag looks great and would make a wonderful present!
I loved the fabric so much, I was a little selfish and kept this one for me. I'm working on another one for a friend who loves big bags.
